Urban-Fit Each person is able to work at their own pace as they rotate through the various stations. The routines contain exercises using weights, steps, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, and other various exercise equipment. You will be working every major muscle group in the body and will burn a ton of calories!!! Designed to Burn FAT and SHAPE your muscles! GREAT for all Fitness Levels.
MODERN STEP & Sculpt  A Modern twist of Step Class and Weights. It combines interval cardio, basic dance step moves and muscle definition. Using new tracks music, it's a good complete cardio and muscle conditioning/toning class. this class will make fat cry!
