Sessions are available Monday through Friday, and on Saturday mornings. Our studio is opened from 6:00am until 9:00pm, Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 1:00pm Saturday. (by Appointment)
All of our packages are designed to offer the client a savings with every grouping of 10 sessions purchased. We can also include a dietary analysis, and a recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and need. This can be arranged by using one of your personal training sessions.
Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel, or re-schedule an appointment time please provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged for the session. Any cancellations without a 24 hour notice will be charged as a full session.

$180 ($30/session)

Workout with a trainer 1 time a week for 6 week



Always Moving – 20 sessions: $800/studio ($40/session)
20 one-on-one hours of personal training.
The Keep Me Moving program is recommended for those individuals who need, and want, more out of their fitness routine.
Included in our Keep Me Moving program is an optional: dietary analysis, recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs.

Keep Me Moving – 10 sessions: $450/studio ($45/session)
10 one-on-one hours of personal training.
The Keep Me Moving program is recommended for those individuals who need, and want, more out of their fitness routine.
Included in our Keep Me Moving program is an optional: dietary analysis, recommended food plan designed and based around your goals and needs.

30/30 Packages: 30 minute sessions.

Start Me Up – 3 sessions: $150/studio ($50/session)
3 one-on-one hours of personal training.

The Start Me Up program is recommended for those individuals who are looking to begin an exercise routine, or for those who are seeking to change their existing routine
